Karen joined Meadow in September 2015 and holds an NVQ level 3 qualification.

Pre-School Practitioner

Sara joined Meadow in May 2009. Sara is qualified to NVQ level 2 (equivalent).

Pre-School Deputy Manager

Liz joined Meadow in January 2006 and gained an NVQ Level 3 certificate in Early Years Education, awarded in 2008. Liz is one of our designated first aiders

The role of the Management Committee is to act in the best interests of the setting. As both a registered charity and a company (Limited by Guarantee) Meadow must appoint a Management Committee made up of members of the Pre-School (parents) to form its ‘registered person’ with Ofsted (a little like a governing body at a school)

The Management Committee needs people who can help at and organise fundraising events, run stalls, make posters, write and edit documents, design websites, decoration, maintenance and gardening. But the most valuable of all are ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved.

We meet once per term during the evenings at Meadow. These meetings give everyone a chance to share ideas regarding Meadow and discuss - finance, administration, maintenance and fundraising events.
